Standard delivery by email of documents is 10 days. To receive your documents within 2 business days of making a document request, a rush is available for an additional $100 for an document package or estoppel or $50 additional for condo fee confirmation letter.
If you're ordering the Condo Document Package, no need for additional documents as it will include everything listed below.
